I attended Helsinki Pride 2013! I thought that since the Finnish Tahdon ("I do", goal is to allow the law of same-sex marriages) campaign is the hot topic at the moment, I want to show my support and take a part of the march. It was amazing how many people took part and how flashy the march was able to become!

I had lots of fun while marching and it was nice to meet so many friends and also some lovely new persons. I took plenty of pictures and I wish to share some here (actually, most are taken by my friend Anni who came to march with bf and me)!

Since I promised to post more often, here's another post right after the other! It will be about Hypecon, which was arranged in Hyvinkää about a week ago.
It was nice and small event. I arranged a lolita fashion show with Mari. The theme was to show off the latest trends in lolita fashion in it's many different categories! We wanted to try something new with the poses and told everybody to move around, dance and flirt a little with the audience. Our models were the best! The show was a success! See for yourselves:

Later in the evening after the fashion show was over, I went to see Jenlayn and KARMIA perform live. The stage was very well prepared for them, lights and everything was just amazing! I was able to see only about half of Jenlayn's performance since I helped bf to do his make-up backstage, but they did really good job! Also it was so adorable how they took pictures with the fans afterwards.
After Jenlayn it was KARMIA's turn. It was the last live for bf since he left the band after the show so I took plenty of pictures!

Hello dear readers! It has been a while... A long while, to be precise. I apologize for not making any posts after Christmas but I was really busy with my studies and I wrote so much essays and stuff that it felt like I didn't want to write any extra. And I hardly got to wear lolita since I was so busy all the time!
But finally, it's summer! Vacation time for me! I already have gotten to wear more lolita than what I wore last spring in total. But still, I thought that this first post after pause would be about what happened in last few months (or of what I have pictures, at least...)!
So for a start: My boyfriend and I went to Sea Life! It was around my birthday. I tried to take some pictures of the fish:

They were quite mesmerizing.
I wore very casual lolita that day. The picture's light is quite bad, apologies!
Skirt is Bodyline and socks Jane Marple, rest is from ordinary shops like Monki and Cubus.
Next would be HelLoCon.
I organized a gothic/aristocrat fashion show with Mari's help. The name and theme of the show was "Ehdotonta eleganssia" ("Pure elegance") and our models were all super elegant and graceful!

In April Evanee held a meet-up in Helsinki. It was nice to be able to attend in a meet-up after quite a long time. I even got to meet many new lolitas!

History of art -students! I'm the only-one who forgot The Hat!!
I was going to make a separate post about a pre-Christmas party I attended, but since it' the Christmas Eve I'll just throw everything in together!
So about a week ago Mari invited me to her Chocolate themed Christmas party. Since there were quite many participants we had an indoor picnic and enjoyed dipping fruit, cake and candy in melted chocolate on Mari's blanket covered living room floor. The treats were so delicious!

I bought the wig actually second-hand from Ofelia market, but it was in such a good condition I just couldn't leave it there! Now that I'm in the topic, I'd like to present my other Ofelia findings~
Rose brooch and a short tulle skirt. :) I also bought some Christmas presents from the market but I didn't realize to take pictures of them before giving them away... Anyway, I really love the brooch! It's quite large... The skirt is just for casual wear.
We celebrated Christmas with my family in our grandparents house. I got plenty of basic household stuff, like toaster, bed sheets, and vases... They'll be in good use. xD
